We have developed three tiers of project management services to support our clients’ needs – from the initial planning of the project to the final close-out documentation.
- Level 1: Project managers oversee a client’s small project – or phase of a larger project – from initiation to implementation.
- Level 2: Project managers perform the duties of Level 1 managers in addition to developing project plan, scope and schedule.
- Level 3: Project managers oversee high-priority projects and interact with end users, distributors, and vendors.
